The COzy Bear Venue
The Cozy Bear Venue is a smaller option for more intimate weddings. It can hold up to 80 guests. This small insulated barn can hold heat well in the colder months and then has beautiful barn doors that provide a large opening for airflow in the warmer months.

The Cozy Bear has a bathroom, electricity, chandeliers, outdoor lighting, tables, and chairs included! Located closely is The Estate, which is one of our luxury rental homes. This is a perfect place for the bridal party to get ready for their big day! Also, the home sleeps up to 20 guests and has a spacious kitchen perfect for a caterer and a rehearsal dinner.
